This revolutionary dredging system stands unmatched in the market, revolutionizing the pumping process of high solids and other viscous and/or abrasive materials.
The dredging equipment efficiently handles sludge and high solids, pumping at a rate of up to 4,000 gallons per minute and reaching heights exceeding 200 feet. It incorporates patented Eddy Pump technology, surpassing centrifugal, vortex, and positive displacement pumps in various demanding pumping applications.
At the heart of our autonomous dredging equipment lies the 10-inch Eddy Pump, HD-10000. With a capacity to transport mud at 4,000 gallons per minute, reaching heights of up to 200 feet, it surpasses other pumps with its:

The semi-automatic dredge is quite efficient for the small floor space of only 650 square feet. By anchoring three or four cables ashore, the system can effectively dredge large areas without personnel being on board.
A series of electronic instruments is in place to control the four onboard winches for movement along a preprogrammed dredging path, setting the height of the pump, and setting the RPM on the pump. This dredge—because it’s an application which deploys the pump via cable—has the capability of hitting 100-foot depths. That means the obstruction-free design keeps the machine moving by making sure there’s no downtime for debris.
